An Ongoing Investigation
Sept. 6&7, 2006
Location: Ohio, private home. 70's one floor ranch-style
Conditions: cool and rainy, no thunderstorms, overnight investigation. Residents not present either night.
Investigators: 3 & 4
Baselines: temp 68, EMF 1-2.
Equipment: digital & cassette voice recorders, EMF meters(Gauss, ELF & Cell-Sensor), digital & 8mm video recorders, infrared thermometer, compass,cameras (digital, 35mm), dowsing rods.
Residents report moving shadows, cold spots, strange noises and voices. The voices were heard by an investigator earlier that day doing a walk-thru.
They sounded muffled and were too low to hear what they were saying.
Data:
1) Only 2 EMF spikes to 5 during both evenings. Some 3-4 readings, these seemed to move around.
2) Decorative light in the living room that continuously blinked the first evening and actually to the point of a strobe-light effect at times. We could find
find no electrical problem with it. The owner is using it with no problem.
This appeared to the upper right of the flashing burner.
3) Smell of perfume. During this episode voices were recorded on the 8mm. video from the bedroom where the odor was present. The investigators did
not hear them at the time. There were extremely clear, conversational and this is what was said:
female: "What's your name?"
male: "Richard."
female: "Have you had a rough detour?"
male: low chuckle
female:"Let me know if you see (need?) anything."
female:"Don't get lost on the other side.Be careful."
male: "We're over here."
4)Tennis-ball sized blurry orb spotted twice within 30 sec. over adjoining bedroom door visually. This was also captured on the 8mm and after this
episode, the camera also caught a white object that looked like a head and neck with white glowing eyes peek around the doorway for about 2
seconds. This apparition was not seen visually.
5) 2 bright fast-moving orbs.
6) Faint music and mumbling voices captured on audio recorders.
7) 3 positive photographs.

This pic was taken during a dowsing session. We see a large energy above the table and note the mist swirling around the dowser!
Impression: This was a very active spot, esp. on the first night. Our sensitive had several communications via her dowsing rods. We all had the sensation of being observed at first when we entered the house. Other than the decorative lamp flashing and the perfume smell, we didn't see or hear anything but a couple of loud thumps, but all the incidents were captured on recorders and happened the first night. We really didn't pick up much the next night except for a couple minor temp fluctuations. We feel there is definite paranormal activity present in this home, perhaps a portal. When we had the owner look at the evidence she asked to join our group!
We will be doing further work in this house.

Baselines: temp 70, EMF 1.0
Equipment: Hi-8, digital voice, Gauss, ELF and Cell Sensor meters, digital thermometer, digital cameras
Occupant called regarding her computer chair in the spare bedroom, which had been turning 180 degrees facing an antique dresser /mirror several times the previous week. Her window blind had also been pulled clear down a couple of times. She also reported the sound of "running" through the hallway, but other witnesses said they heard the sound from the attic, under the house and even from a wall in this room.
When we got there, the chair was turned, we had intermittent EMF readings from 5-6 in that room. The chair has to be pushed to move, it does not swing around freely.We repositioned the chair and tried to debunk it's movement. As we were in this room, our recorder picked up an EVP of "get the hell out of here" from the hallway. So we closed the door and set the Hi-8 pointing from the back room, up the hallway and passed the closed door.
The video was negative, but during the four hours it ran, twice the investigators heard the closet door in the room open and both times the chair was turned 90 degrees toward the window. No one had entered that room.
We have one positive shot, other than orbs. it was taken at random after the chair was found turned.
The mist seems to be coming from the dresser area across to the computer.
The owner talked with the spirit and expressed to it that it had to leave, it has been quiet so far.

Subsequent Investigation
On our recent return investigation, we had extremely high EMF readings from all three monitors. These were centered in the living room area. I have posted some orb pictures and a mist in the kitchen because of our EMF readings.
Placing the meters in the most active spot, although it kept moving around.
There is a pink mist in the kitchen area.
More orbs.

This is a mist that looks like itis rising across the top of the fridge and drifting down the hallway.
You can see it go down the hallway into the back room where it becomes more solid in appearance.
