Some More Constructive Criticism

Don't cha just love Monday mornings? Get the kids up for school, look over all the stuff you have to do for the week, get an anonymous email from some person who doesn't know what they're talking about....

Read on, dear friends.

"So I just viewed your page and can say I am very displeased! I grew up in this beautiful valley and I know the actually ghost hauntings! And to have you people come in and lie your ass off about sightings, come on it's called Photoshop!  Now I know those beautiful trees and sun shining when and where like the back of my hand!!!Do not bring your lies to the  to Egypt Valley you frauds that want to make a buck or two.  Let people come to this place to see if they see any of the ghosts that exist for themselves not through your cheap ways!! So keep on keeping on out of the Ohio Valley!!!"

Yes, we occasionally get these trolling responses and ignore them. But this one was a rib-tickler, so I just had to post it.. I would have nicely emailed them back, but our mail link does not show addresses to respond to. And of course they didn't include it when they wrote this.

"So I just viewed your page and can say I am very displeased!"

Well, that just ruined my whole week.

"I grew up in this beautiful valley and I know the actually ghost hauntings! Now I know those beautiful trees and sun shining when and where like the back of my hand!!!"

Then we have something in common. I lived there too. As did my grandparents, who had a dairy farm, and a good many of my cousins. But we had to move when they started strip mining and putting I-70 through back in the early 60's. How lucky you got to stay. Where exactly did you live? Maybe we were neighbors. In fact we still fish and pick berries there.

Here's the best part...

"Do not bring your lies to the  to Egypt Valley you frauds that want to make a buck or two.  Let people come to this place to see if they see any of the ghosts that exist for themselves not through your cheap ways!!"

Ok, you know the "actually" hauntings, but we're frauds. And we use Photoshop, which I don't even have and probably couldn't figure out if I did have it. But I could buy a copy I guess with all the money we've made.
* insert laugh track*
That really cracked me up. As all you know, meaning other paranormal investigators, we put hundreds even thousands of dollars into our "hobby" and never make a cent back. Thank God for Ebay. It's the only "cheap way" I have.

"So keep on keeping on out of the Ohio Valley!!!"

Now do you mean the whole Ohio Valley or just the part with Egypt in it?

You all that ACTUALLY know us, realize how ludicrous this is. We provide our services to promote love, light and spiritual awareness. That is our path and we will continue to follow it. Even when we have to deal with opinions like this one. Of course you know what they say about opinions.

Have a nice day and next time sign your email message.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!
And according to this article, I totally agree with your opinion, but only this time!

It is useful to try everything in practice anyway and I like that here it's always possible to find something new.
