This was sent to us from the person who experienced it.
It spans a few days and is a very interesting tale. The family snapped around 50 pictures and I've included the best ones on the page, actually probably 80% of them showed an anomaly. This home was already known to have spirit activity and has been investigated in the past. We are familiar with it. One of the main haunts is that the residents have been awakened many times by singing children.Another is a man in a brown-like uniform. While in the pool one day, the lady of the house surfaced to see him standing near the porch. Then he was gone.
I'm putting it on our site because it is so interesting and strange. This is for your entertainment and is it is totally true.
The story below was written by the owner of the house. Enjoy.
On January 2, 2007 I saw out of the corner of my eye a shadow go through my laundry room. Later that evening my daughter was taking a shower and she came out of the bathroom, clearly shaken up, and she said "mom have you seen anything weird in the house today?"
" I said why?" and she said "because when I was in the shower I heard the door click, and when I looked out of the shower curtain, I saw a black shadow go through the bathroom."
I said "well lets watch and see what happens."
So, the next night I called a friend to come up and play yahtzee. We are playing and all of a sudden she said "By the way, has anything weird been going on at your house?" (she works at a health care facility across from my home).
I said "why are you asking me that?"
She said that for the last few nights there had been a lady yelling "help me please help me"where she worked.One night they had followed the voice and said the closer they got to my house, the louder it become. They saw her standing behind my son's truck saying help me, but when they walked towards her she disappeared.
As my friend was saying this, my daughter's friend came out to the kitchen and said" There is somebody in your living room." She said she could feel it. So I got my camera out and took about 50 pictures. When I got them up on the computer, there was every size and color of orbs you could ever want. I got the black shadow above my daughter on the wall. And I got an image of an old man's face with blue energy rods in a picture hanging over the doorway., It was unreal. So I copied them onto a cd.
The next day I took the cd to my sister in laws house so she could see them. I was gone from my house for about an hour. When I came home my dogs were in a frenzy, scared to death. I didn't think they were gonna let me in the house.When I came in, they kept yelping and whining at me. , I tried to go into the laundry room and they growled at me to keep me out of the room. So I started getting a little freaked out. I went to the front door and asked if they needed to go outside, they went out and went straight to the pine tree on our hill and sniffed around it and all the sudden the little dog jumped back and came running back into the house(I usually have a hard time getting her back in the house)
Well they came in and the bigger dog laid under the kitchen table and the little dog stood in the living room staring at the rocking chair like she was in a trance. All the sudden, she took a couple steps back and watched towards my daughter's bedroom, like someone got out of the chair and she was watching them go to my daughter's room. She took a few steps towards the bedroom she stuck her head in the door and looked towards the left towards the bed and window ( the bed this dog sleeps on everyday, all day long) Suddenly, she jumped back like someone kicked her and walked sideways through the living room.absolutely terrified. Needless to say, I had a heavy feeling of doom and was on the verge of tears.
I kicked open my son's door and said "get up now." He said "whats wrong?" I said "get up somethings in the house and I don't know what to do."
I told him what was going on and he got up and looked through the house and said "I can't find anything. I have to shower and go to work."So I called my sister in law and told her what was going on. She said "how long has that rocking chair been in your house?" I said "well my husband brought it in on Monday" (january1)It had been on our porch for about 8 months.
She said "Do you think that lady that is saying help me wants that chair back on the porch? The one from the nursing home? Maybe she's attached to it in someway."
I said "Well she can have it if she'll leave my dogs alone." So I took it on the porch. My son came out to go to work and I said to him "by the way the big Cincinnati Bengals magnet you had on the back of your truck is gone." I walked up to the truck with him to look and it was still missing.
He left for work and I came back in the house The sense of doom was gone and the dogs were normal. As a matter of fact the little dog was on my daughter's bed asleep.
All was well. I guess the lady was yelling help me and trying to get her chair back. So I called my friend who works at the facility and told her we figured out the mystery.I said to her "Didn't you tell me that the lady was standing behind my son's truck?" and she said yes but that she disappeared.
I said "well there is something missing from the back of his truck "
She said "was it a thing with black magnet on the back and orange and black on the front?"
I said "well yeah, it was a Bengals magnet.How did you know that?"
She said " A couple nights ago, one of the workers found it outside the front door of the facility ripped into pieces,(you can't rip that thing into pieces you'd have to use scissors ) All they could tell is that it was a magnet with black and orange."
So your guess is as good as mine.
Did this lady try to get their attention to get her chair back outside did she take my sons magnet because we took her chair? I don't know. But I do know that since the rocking chair is on the porch, everything is back to normal.
By the way the man's face that I got in the picture..... I'm sure is an ancestor because the week before my dad gave me 3 fiddles that belonged to my grandfather, greatgrandfather and great- great grandfather. You be the judge. I saw all this with my own eyes.
